You got through another winter, all excited for spring and summer and before you know it, something has gone awry with your sleep. What happened? For many people, the increase in social activities ends up being too much creating imbalances in potentially both Vata and Pitta. Graduation parties, weddings, summer get togethers, kids moving to college--it's all fun, but too much for you, and it gets intense (Pitta)!


Now add to that more Pitta in the form of increased in temperature and in many places this year, summer temps showed up in spring! What else? The angle of sun is stronger and more direct.
